    This original architect designed 60’s single storey beach house complete with some 60’s style furnishings is available for use at all times of the year.  Lovely bush garden setting on Bannister Point headland and located approximately 100m walk to Rick Stein at Bannisters.  Drive two minutes or a short walk to either Mollymook or Narrawallee Beach and only ten minutes to the shops and cafes of Milton.

    Enjoy the ambience of a wood fire in the open plan living area which can be divided to form a third bedroom with two single beds.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fan forced electric oven and walk in pantry.

    The wide terrace can be used for a barbeque while enjoying the native style garden with filtered, north facing ocean and coastal views.

    The house is perfectly located to enjoy the southern Shoalhaven.  Swimming, fishing, golfing, surfing, canoeing, bushwalking or just plain rest and relaxation..
