Kathy has been in the real estate industry for 12 years and has gained a wealth of knowledge by specialising in property management and office administration.

After leaving another local organisation, Kathy and her husband travelled around Australia. During this lengthy break Kathy gained a position as property manager in a large Darwin office where she remained for 6 months. After returning from their trip Kathy secured a position with a real estate firm in Batemans Bay where she remained for 5 years. She wore many hats, the main one being Office Administrator overseeing the property managementand assisting with day to day running of the holiday management department.

It was during her last year at Batemans Bay that she decided to take her knowledge one step further and gain her Real Estate Licence and commence her own business in her home town of Ulladulla where she and her family have resided for the past 26 years. The business has grown from strength to strength over the two years of operation. This could not have been achieved without her local knowledge and the support of her family, friends, landlords, tenants, holiday guests and local tradespeople.
